Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. This will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect shipments once they are on route.


We roast to order and while most online order ship the next business day, orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Shipping Costs


We offer free expedited shipping Canada-wide on all orders $45 and over ($80 USD for US orders). All orders will be emailed a tracking number upon shipment. 

Delivery times vary by destination but most Canadian orders arrive within 1–5 business days after shipment. U.S. deliveries typically take 3–7 business days.

Please use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment and estimated delivery time.

Taxes


Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination. 

US Tariffs

Duties are calculated automatically at checkout by the carriers, and there’s absolutely no markup on our end.


Return Policy

We generally do not accept returns on coffee products, but if something out of the ordinary happened, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

We do not offer returns on bags of ground coffee. Please double check your order before requesting your coffee ground.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your tracking shows no movement for several days or the package appears lost, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on coffee products. 

For equipment and merch the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
