Coffee Delivery Driver

Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable and efficient Coffee Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be delivering coffee to our wholesale customers across the Lower Mainland. You’ll play an important role in accurately and efficiently delivering orders, while also representing our values and brand out on the road.

Occasionally, you will also support the production team with routine tasks such as labeling bags, packaging coffee, and assisting customers who visit the roastery to purchase coffee.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver wholesale coffee orders safely and efficiently across the Lower Mainland

  • Load and organize delivery vehicle to ensure accurate and timely deliveries

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries

  • Maintain clear communication with the team regarding deliveries, inventory, and scheduling

  • Assist with basic production tasks including labeling, packaging, and order preparation

  • Help maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Assist walk in customers at the roastery when needed

  • Support the team with general day to day operations as required

Qualifications

  • Valid BC driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Comfortable driving a Sprinter van throughout the Lower Mainland

  • Able to regularly lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs

  • Previous delivery or warehouse experience is an asset, but not required

Position Details

  • Full time, permanent position

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (30 minute paid lunch break)

  • Starting at $24/hour

  • 3 weeks paid vacation

  • Extended health and dental benefits after 3 months

  • Company phone provided

  • Based in Vancouver, BC
